Module 1: An Introduction to NFPA 70E (2015)
This self-paced online training course is the first in a series of five modules that introduces many safety-related work practices and procedures in NFPA 70E. Module 1 discusses the purpose and scope of the standard, which is designed to minimize the risk of employee injuries from electrical dangers and establish a safer workplace for employees who work on or near exposed live parts. It provides an overview of elements of an electrical training program as well as the types of equipment used in establishing an overall electrical safety program.
