John Waterman, the famous fire sprinkler contractor, has reviewed a set of prints for a newly renovated building in Center City. He has figured out what all of the symbols mean and has an idea of everything in the building, but now he has to figure out exactly what is required for the fire sprinkler system. He isn’t certain that the architect has met the intent of the applicable building code.
