Taking your training
Your My Courses page lists the courses you've selected for your training program
Click the "Launch Course" button to begin your training
Use the "Next" and "Back" buttons to move through your course pages
The "Next" and "Back" buttons are located in the lower-left portion of your course
The major sections in your course are listed on the left side of your course
Click on any of the section titles to go to the first page of that section
Quiz is the last section of the course
Once you start the Quiz, you cannot access the course material again
Make sure you're ready to take the Quiz before entering the Quiz section
Quizzes are made up of 10 multiple choice questions
A passing score is 80%
Your Quiz results are automatically displayed when you complete the Quiz
After completing your course, a record is added to your Completed Courses page
View your course history by clicking the Completed button on your My Courses page
When you've successfully completed your course, a Certificate of Completion is immediately available
View and download your Certificate of Completion by clicking the "My Certificates" button on your My Courses page
There is a Quiz at the end of every course eligible for CEUs
The Quiz must be completed with a passing score before your Certificate of Completion will be available
If you do not pass your course on the first try, the course title will remain on your Enrolled and Completed pages
Click "Launch Course" to retake the course
You have three chances to successfully complete the course
